Clear terms for a digital purchase
Terms & Conditions
The rules that apply when you use PDF Street or purchase a digital product.
Effective date: July 19, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern pdfstreet.com, its content, and digital products sold by Zee International, operating as PDF Street (“PDF Street,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Ontario, Canada. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Licensing Policy.
1. The product and your order
PDF Street sells downloadable educational products. The product page describes the format, included content, current price, licence, and delivery method. The $17 Machine — Premium Edition is supplied as a digital PDF after successful payment.
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. The price and any applicable charges shown at checkout are the total amount you authorize. There is no subscription or recurring charge for this product. We may correct an obvious pricing or product-description error before fulfilling an affected order and will contact you if the correction changes what you agreed to purchase.
2. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe and, where available, Stripe-supported methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link. PDF Street does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Stripe and the applicable wallet provider process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices. An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and an order confirmation is issued.
3. Digital delivery and access
After successful payment, the download is normally made available on the order-confirmation screen and by email. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, maintaining access to it, and downloading the file to a compatible device. Delivery times can be affected by payment review, email filtering, or temporary technical issues.
If a download email or file does not arrive or work, contact us through the contact page with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to verify the order and promptly restore access, redeliver the file, or provide a working replacement.
4. Licence
A completed purchase grants the original buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read, print, and use the purchased product for personal or internal business purposes. Ownership and copyright remain with PDF Street.
You may not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, publish, give away, upload to a public or shared repository, translate for distribution, rebrand, remove attribution, claim authorship, include the product in another product or bundle, or use it to train an artificial-intelligence model. No resale, private-label, master-resale, or redistribution rights are included.
5. Final sales, replacements, and limited refunds
Because access to digital files is provided immediately and the files cannot be returned, sales are generally final. For a missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or defective file, our first remedy is prompt redelivery, troubleshooting, or a working replacement. Requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase with the order number and a description of the issue.
A refund may be provided when a verified duplicate charge occurred; a qualifying file or delivery problem cannot be resolved after reasonable replacement attempts; the delivered product is materially different from its published description and cannot be corrected; or applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Full details are in the Refund & Licensing Policy.
6. Educational and results disclaimer
PDF Street products provide general educational information and practical tools. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, employment, or other professional advice. We do not promise or guarantee sales, earnings, audience growth, business success, or any other result. Outcomes depend on the buyer’s decisions, work, market, skills, timing, and other factors outside our control.
7. Acceptable website use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce substantial portions of the website, impersonate another person, use fraudulent payment information, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
8. Intellectual property
The website, product text, illustrations, charts, worksheets, scripts, templates, branding, design, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to PDF Street and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited product licence above, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you.
9. Third-party services and links
The website relies on third-party services for hosting, checkout, payment processing, email, security, and related functions. External sites and services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or for interruptions beyond our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for fulfilling our own obligations to you.
10. Availability, warranties, and liability
We aim to keep the website and files accurate, secure, and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and educational content are provided “as available” without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Street will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused by reliance on educational information. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively as the website, products, or law changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Terms in effect when an order is placed continue to govern that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
