Refund & Licensing Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026. This policy applies to all digital products sold by PDF Street (pdfstreet.com) through our secure on-site checkout.

Refunds on digital products

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We make one firm promise in exchange: every product page describes exactly what you’re buying — formats, contents, and requirements — before checkout.

We will gladly issue a replacement or full refund within 14 days of purchase if: the file is corrupted or won’t open and we can’t provide a working copy; the product is materially different from its description; or you were charged more than once for the same order. To request one, contact us with your order number.

Personal-use license

Unless a product page states otherwise, every purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal purposes. You may print, copy, and adapt the files for your own use on any of your devices.

What is not allowed

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the original files or edited versions of them — free or paid — including in bundles, membership sites, or PLR collections. You may not claim authorship of the designs or content, and you may not upload the files to AI-training datasets or file-sharing platforms.

Commercial licenses

Some products offer an extended commercial license (for client work or business use); where available, this is stated clearly on the product page along with its terms. Not sure whether your use case is covered? Ask us — we answer licensing questions before purchase.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — nearly every issue can be resolved with a replacement file or a refund within a day. This policy operates alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
