This Privacy Policy explains how Zee International, operating as PDF Street (“PDF Street,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through pdfstreet.com. PDF Street is based in Ontario, Canada and is responsible for the personal information under its control.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, and information included in a support message.
• Order information: products purchased, order number, price, currency, billing country and address, transaction status, download activity, and related support history.
• Marketing preferences: whether you voluntarily opted in to promotional email and whether you later unsubscribed.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, security events, and cookie or similar identifiers.
• Information you choose to provide: feedback, correspondence, and any files or details submitted when requesting support.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, card security codes, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form or email.

2. Payment information

Stripe processes card and transaction information for checkout. When you use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link, the applicable provider and Stripe also process information needed to authorize payment. PDF Street does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. We receive limited payment and transaction details such as the payment status, amount, card brand, partial card identifier, and fraud or dispute information needed to administer the order.

Payment processing is also governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy and, when used, the privacy terms of Apple, Google, or Link.

3. How we use information

• Process payments, confirm orders, deliver downloads, and maintain purchase records.
• Authenticate access to downloads and prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and security incidents.
• Respond to product, delivery, licensing, privacy, and refund enquiries.
• Operate, troubleshoot, secure, analyze, and improve the website and checkout.
• Comply with accounting, tax, legal, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations.
• Send promotional email only when you have opted in or when otherwise permitted by law, with an unsubscribe option in each marketing message.
• Measure advertising and website performance when analytics or advertising tools are enabled and the required notice or consent has been obtained.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We share information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Providers may include:

• Automattic/WordPress.com and WooCommerce for website hosting, commerce, forms, security, backups, and site operations.
• Stripe and supported wallet providers for payment processing, fraud prevention, disputes, and payouts.
• Email, form, anti-spam, and support providers for transactional email, contact messages, filtering, and customer service.
• Analytics and advertising providers, such as Meta or other platforms, if and when their tools are activated for measurement or advertising.
• Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, or regulatory matters.
• A successor organization in a genuine merger, sale, financing, or reorganization, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose it to unrelated parties for their own independent direct marketing.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary cookies and local storage support the cart, checkout, fraud prevention, security, and basic website operation. Optional analytics or advertising technologies may measure visits, purchases, or campaign performance and may use device or cookie identifiers.

You can control cookies through your browser and through any consent controls made available on the website. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart or checkout from working. We will not intentionally activate non-essential advertising tracking where consent is legally required without providing an appropriate choice. If you later enable a Meta Pixel or similar tool, this policy and the applicable consent controls should be reviewed at the same time.

6. Legal grounds and consent

We process information as needed to perform a purchase contract, comply with law, protect the website and customers, pursue legitimate business interests that do not override individual rights, and obtain consent where consent is required. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

7. International processing

Some providers process or store information outside Ontario or Canada, including in the United States. Information in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws and lawful access by its authorities. We select established providers and use available contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including:

• Order, payment, refund, and accounting records for up to seven years or longer if law or an active dispute requires it.
• Support correspondence generally for up to two years after the matter is resolved.
• Marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or the information is no longer needed, with limited suppression records retained to respect an opt-out.
• Security and technical logs for periods appropriate to fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and platform security, generally up to twelve months unless an incident requires longer retention.

Service providers may maintain records for different periods under their legal duties and published policies.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, managed hosting, reputable payment processing, and security monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.

10. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information, ask about our practices, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, object to or request deletion of certain information, or complain about how information was handled. Some information must be retained for transactions, fraud prevention, legal claims, tax, or other lawful requirements.

11. Children

The website and products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

The website may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and PDF Street is not responsible for those practices.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
